R/B Mode: You can build game from that Source.
A: Just open Source in Godot Game Editor, and edit whatever you wnat.
Ax2: How Rus Mod have been maded: All text have been translated on his own sprites, and then (inside src code) sprites have been replaced.
(Some lil note) On this page, source codes are only available for versions of the game that I could find online (in .exe format). If you want another version, write to me: r15vibledok@gmail.com
